Choose the plan that matches your pet, and everything on it is covered from the day you enrol. Better still, your plan is valid at all three of our clinics, so your pet’s care isn’t tied to one address.

Your PetCare+ plan is valid at all three of our clinics. Whichever location is closest, or has the earliest opening, your pet’s plan comes with you.

There’s a one-time $49 enrolment fee when you sign up. After that, it’s just your monthly payment for everything the plan covers.
Yes. Your plan travels with you across all three locations — book wherever suits you on the day, and your records and coverage follow.
The plan runs on a minimum of 6 monthly payments. That’s what makes the pricing work out to the savings shown.
The rate you enrol at stays the same for your plan term — it won’t move if our fees change partway through.
Yes — some services fall outside the plan. Our team will walk you through exactly what’s included and what isn’t before you enrol, so there’s nothing unexpected later.
The plans include a procedure, and a spay is a more involved surgery than a neuter. The price difference reflects that.
It’s a credit toward food, preventives, and supplies through our online store — yours to use once you’re enrolled.
Yes. Despite the plan names, the Kitten and Puppy Wellness plans are built for cats and dogs 6 months and older.
