Pet Insurance — Trupanion Direct Pay
O’Connor Veterinary Clinic works directly with Trupanion, a pet insurance provider that pays your clinic at checkout — so you’re only responsible for your portion of the bill. No waiting for reimbursement.
For other pet insurance providers, payment at time of service is required. We provide all documentation needed for you to submit claims for reimbursement.

We primarily operate by appointment. Call (416) 755-8387 or book online to schedule. Walk-ins are also welcome, though appointments ensure dedicated time for your pet.
